  3. Switch tabs to review each person; the result card shows the team total. Export includes all employees.

Worked example: Three employees, one overtime week

Ana works 40 hours at $15.00, Ben works 45 hours at $20.00 and Cal works 32 hours at $18.00 in the same week.

Ana: 40 × $15.00 = $600.00. Ben: 40 regular × $20.00 = $800.00 plus 5 overtime × $30.00 = $150.00, $950.00. Cal: 32 × $18.00 = $576.00. The team total is 117 hours and $2,126.00.

Frequently asked questions

How many employees can I add?

There is no fixed limit; the sheet is saved in your browser so very large teams depend on your device. Dozens work fine.

Can each employee have a different rate?

Yes. Turn on multiple rates, add one rate per person and pick it on their rows.

Do overtime rules apply per employee?

Yes. Each employee is evaluated separately per work week with the preset you choose.

How is the team total computed?

It sums every employee's worked minutes and gross pay. Nothing is averaged.

Can I export the whole team?

Yes. CSV and Excel exports list each employee's days, their totals and a team row.

Is the data shared with anyone?

No. Everything stays in your browser. A share link embeds the whole sheet in the URL if you choose to send it.
