What this site stores in your browser, what it never collects, and the third-party services it calls.

What we store in your browser

Each calculator saves your entries in your browser's localStorage under a versioned key (for example calc:time-card-calculator:v1) so they are there when you come back. We also store your dark-mode preference and, temporarily, the responses of the two external lookups described below. Clear everything with the Reset button on a calculator or by clearing site data in your browser.

What we never collect

There are no accounts, no sign-in, no first-party tracking cookies and no server that receives your entries. Share links contain the compressed calculator state in the URL; anyone you send one to can see your entries, so share them with care.

Third-party services

• Sales tax by ZIP code: if you type a ZIP code into the sales tax calculator, your browser requests the rate from salestaxzip.com. Only the ZIP code is sent. Results are cached in your browser.
• Public holidays: the work days calculator requests holidays from nagerholidays.com for the country and year you choose. A built-in US list is used when the request fails.

Both requests go directly from your browser to those services and are governed by their policies. Neither is made unless you use the feature.

Advertising

The ad slots on this site are placeholders. If advertising is enabled, this policy will be updated to name the provider and the cookies it sets before any ad is shown.

Hosting

The site is static files. The hosting provider may keep request logs (IP address, page, browser) to operate the service. We keep no logs of our own and do not use analytics.

Changes

Changes to this policy are listed on the changelog with their date.
