How it works
Each row is one employee with a rate and decimal hours per day; the sheet totals, splits overtime above 40 and computes gross pay, with a team total at the bottom.
Using it in Google Sheets
Open Google Sheets, choose File > Import > Upload, pick the downloaded .xlsx file and select Replace spreadsheet or Insert new sheet. All formulas, number formats and column widths carry over. Google Sheets understands the same IF, SUM, MIN and MAX functions, so nothing needs rewriting.
