How to use
- Pick the calculator, theme and optional width.
- Copy the one-line script snippet.
- Paste it into your page where the calculator should appear. It resizes itself.
Worked example: A time card on a staffing site
Choose Time card, dark theme and a 700-pixel width. The snippet is one script tag with data-tool="timecard" and data-theme="dark".
The script inserts a responsive iframe pointing at this site, plus a "Powered by HoursCalc" line. Visitors use the full calculator, and their data stays in their own browser.
Frequently asked questions
Is it free?
Yes, with the "Powered by" link kept visible.
Does it slow my site?
The iframe loads lazily and only the chosen calculator is loaded.
Can I style it?
Choose light or dark and set a width. The calculator keeps its own layout inside the frame.
Does it work in WordPress?
Yes. Paste the snippet into a Custom HTML block.
Is user data sent to you?
No. Calculations run inside the iframe in the visitor's browser.
Will it break when you update?
The script always loads the current version; the snippet never changes.
