How to use
- Choose the step: every hour, every 30 minutes or every 15 minutes.
- Tap any row to copy it, or use Print for a one-page chart and PNG for an image.
- Need a specific time? Use the Military Time Converter for any value.
Worked example: Reading the chart
0100 is 1:00 AM, 1200 is 12:00 PM (noon), 1300 is 1:00 PM and 2300 is 11:00 PM. Midnight is 0000.
With the 15-minute step the chart shows 0815 as 8:15 AM, spoken "Zero Eight Fifteen Hours", and 2045 as 8:45 PM, "Twenty Forty-Five Hours".
Frequently asked questions
Is the chart generated or typed by hand?
Every row is generated by the same converter used across the site, so there are no typos and the three step sizes always agree.
How do I print it?
Press Print or PDF. The print stylesheet hides the page chrome and fits the table to one page at the 60-minute step.
What does the PNG button do?
It draws the table onto a canvas in your browser and downloads it as an image you can save or share.
Why is there no 2400 row?
2400 and 0000 are the same instant; the chart starts at 0000.
How are minutes pronounced?
Minutes under ten take a leading zero word: 0905 is "Zero Nine Zero Five Hours".
Can I copy the whole chart?
Yes, the Copy button copies it as tab-separated text, and CSV downloads a file.
