How to use

  1. Pick your zone, date and time.
  2. Add the zones of the other participants. Each row shows the local time, UTC offset and whether it is the previous or next day there.
  3. Use the highlighted hour strip to find slots that are between 9:00 and 17:00 everywhere, then share the link.

Worked example: 9:00 AM in Chicago on 20 October 2026

9:00 AM Central Daylight Time is 10:00 AM in New York, 3:00 PM in London, 4:00 PM in Berlin, 7:30 PM in Kolkata and 1:00 AM the next day in Sydney.

For Chicago, London and Kolkata the only hours inside everyone's 9 to 5 are 8:00 and 8:30 AM Chicago time, because Kolkata is 10.5 hours ahead. Adding Sydney leaves no common hour.

Frequently asked questions

How accurate are daylight saving changes?

Conversions use the IANA database that ships with your browser, including past and future DST rules as of your browser version.

What does "next day" mean in the table?

The local date in that zone is after the date in your base zone. "Previous day" means it is before.

What are the best meeting hours?

Each hour of your base day is checked in every zone; hours where every zone is between 9:00 and 16:59 are highlighted.

Can I add many zones?

Yes, there is no limit. Rows are saved in this browser and included in the share link.

Why is my city not listed?

Zones are named by region and the largest city, for example America/Chicago covers US Central Time. Search for your region or a nearby city in the same zone.

Does this call a time zone API?

No. Everything is computed locally with the Intl API.
