Ten employees, start and end time per day, scheduled hours and labor cost before the week begins.
How it works
Each employee row has a start and end cell for each day. Scheduled hours sum (end - start + (end < start)) * 24 across the seven days, so overnight shifts still count correctly, and labor cost multiplies hours by the rate in column B. The bottom row totals hours and cost so you can see the week’s wage bill before publishing the rota.
