A clean one-page weekly timesheet PDF to print and fill in by hand, with totals and signature lines.
What is inside
A letter-size page with employee, period and rate fields, a seven-row table (date, day, time in, time out, break, hours), totals, and employee and manager signature lines. A Word version with the same layout is available as the weekly Word timesheet if you want to edit the headings.
To total the week after filling it in, type the punches into the Time Card Calculator and print its one-page summary, or do it by hand: out minus in, minus unpaid break, per day, then add the days.
